CVe Monitor and CVe OnDemand Software
The CVe Monitor – RT collects mold performance data, tracks the tool’s cycle count on the display, and wirelessly sends data to the cloud or the ProFile app.
CVe OnDemand is a feature within the ProFile app that pulls data from the CVe via a Bluetooth connection and displays historical performance and maintenance records.
ProFile Asset Tags and Plates
ProFile provides access to a cloud-based database via Tags and Plates that are affixed to the asset. QR Code technology enables GPS tracking and database entries from mobile phones via a subscription service.
With all the same features as the Standard Asset Tag and Plate, Custom Tags and Plates are available with your company logo and information.
CounterView Product Line
The industry exclusive S-Series CounterView can be viewed from the operator side when mounted on the stationary half / A side of the mold. Maximum operating temperature: 250˚F (120˚C).
The new High Temp CounterView offers the same functionality as Pro’s standard cycle counter with the added benefit of sustainability in higher temperature tools operating at a max of 375° F (190°C).
Progressive’s R-Series CounterView provides a compact alternative to the standard S-Series units with both A-side and B-side mounting options and a max operating temp of 250˚F (120˚C).
